Spicy Black Bean & Corn Salad

Perfect for: Quick lunches, meal prep, or a refreshing side dish packed with flavour and 
protein.

Ingredients: 
• 425 g canned black beans, drained and rinsed 
• 400 g corn kernels (fresh or canned) 
• 1 ¼ medium red bell pepper, diced 
• 10 tbsp lime juice 
• 2 ½ tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste) 
• 20 tbsp cilantro (fresh coriander), chopped 
• 25 medium cherry tomatoes, halved 


Instructions: 
1. Prep your veggies – Using the BlendWel BW01C Personal Blender with Chopper, 
dice the red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro evenly. 
2. Mix the base – In a large bowl, combine the chopped veggies with black beans and 
corn kernels. 
3. Create the dressing – In your BlendWel chopper jar, blend together lime juice and 
hot sauce for a zesty kick. 
4. Toss and coat – Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss well until everything is 
evenly coated. 
5. Serve fresh – Chill for a few minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately for a spicy, 
tangy, and satisfying crunch !
