Spicy Black Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients:
• 425 g canned black beans, drained and rinsed
• 400 g corn kernels (fresh or canned)
• 1 ¼ medium red bell pepper, diced
• 10 tbsp lime juice
• 2 ½ tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
• 20 tbsp cilantro (fresh coriander), chopped
• 25 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
1. Prep your veggies – Using the BlendWel BW01C Personal Blender with Chopper,
dice the red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro evenly.
2. Mix the base – In a large bowl, combine the chopped veggies with black beans and
corn kernels.
