If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage in transit, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.
Returns
- Eligibility: All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as used appliances, clearance items, or products specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase, may not be eligible for returns. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team.
Return Process
- Obtain an RMA Number:
- Email our customer service team at customer.care@blendwel.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package:
- Place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number.
- Ship the Item:
- Mail your return to the following address:

Blendwel will bare all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within three (3) business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customer.care@blendwel.com or call +91 8951655241 to arrange for a refund or exchange.
- Defective or damaged products must be reported within three (3) days of receipt / delivery.
- Exchange Requests:
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
