Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BlendWel. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality small kitchen appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to damage in transit, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery  date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as used appliances, clearance items, or products specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase, may not be eligible for returns. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team.

Return Process

  1. Obtain an RMA Number:
    • Email our customer service team at customer.care@blendwel.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Place the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Mail your return to the following address:

Blendwel will bare all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within three (3) business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customer.care@blendwel.com or call +91 8951655241 to arrange for a refund or exchange.
    • Defective or damaged products must be reported within three (3) days of receipt / delivery.
  • Exchange Requests:
    • Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
