Green Masala Paste 

Vibrant, herbaceous, and full of life — this paste combines fresh coriander, mint, and 
green chilies for a bright, zesty flavour. A perfect addition to chutneys, marinades, or 
refreshing curries. 

Ideal for:
Grilled dishes, paneer tikka, and fresh curry bases 
Prep Time: 10 minutes  |  Yields: 1 jar 


Ingredients 
• 1 cup fresh coriander leaves 
• ½ cup mint leaves 
• 2 green chilies (adjust to taste) 
• ½ inch ginger piece 
• 2 garlic cloves 
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
• Salt to taste 


Method
1. Prepare: Wash herbs thoroughly and pat dry. 
2. Blend: Add all ingredients into your BlendWel Grinder and blend until smooth. 
3. Adjust: Add a few drops of water for desired consistency.
