Date Makhana Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 3–4 seedless dates
• 1 small handful roasted makhana (fox nuts)
• 5–6 almonds or mixed dry fruits of choice (cashews/raisins optional)
• 1 cup warm milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
• Dark chocolate syrup (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak the ingredients – Add dates, makhana, and dry fruits to warm milk. Let them soak for 15–20 minutes to soften and improve nutrient absorption.
2. Blend smoothly – Transfer the soaked mixture into your BlendWel Personal Blender jar. Add honey or sugar if needed. Start blending on low speed, then increase to high until the smoothie becomes smooth and creamy.
