Fresh Homemade Salsa

Ingredients:
• 1.5 lbs fresh ripe tomatoes (Roma or plum), roughly chopped
• ½ medium red or white onion, roughly chopped
• 1–2 jalapeño peppers (seeds removed for mild, kept for extra heat)
• ½ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
• 2–3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (or to taste)
• ½ tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
• ¼ tsp ground cumin (optional, adds a warm earthy note)
Instructions:
1. Prep the ingredients – Roughly chop all vegetables so they fit easily into your
BlendWel BW01C Personal Blender with Chopper.
2. Blend it right – Add tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and
cumin into the chopper jar. Use the pulse function to blend until you reach your
desired consistency — slightly chunky for a classic salsa texture.
3. Adjust the flavour – Taste and add more lime juice, salt, or cumin as needed for the
perfect balance of freshness and spice.
4. Chill & serve – Transfer the salsa to a bowl or airtight container. Chill for at least 30
minutes to let the flavours blend beautifully. Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, or grilled
dishes.
