Ingredients 
• 1 medium banana 
• 2 tablespoons rolled oats 
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter 
• 1 cup low-fat milk or almond milk 
• 1 teaspoon honey or date syrup 

Method 
1. Add and blend: Combine all ingredients in your BlendWel jar.
